what is holistic life coaching?

Holistic Life Coaching is a powerful alliance between coach and the client that opens the gateway to your own wisdom and life affirming values.  It invites harmony and alignment as it connects you to your true essence for a more enriching life as it unblocks the emotional pathways created by belief systems within the sub-conscious that are causing negative effects in the person’s life.

Holistic Life Coaching is designed for those who are interested in Life Coaching to pursue and achieve the success and/or intentions (goals) that they have set for themselves or are wanting help defining and clarifying for themselves. This Holistic Life Coaching is for those who want to be supported, empowered, encouraged, and held accountable for reaching and surpassing their stated vision, goals, and desires. This program relates to all areas of one's personal and professional life.

How Holistic Life Coaching Works


Everything we do at Infinite Paths Raíces Sagradas Holistic Life Coaching is designed to change the beliefs, perceptions, thoughts, energy, and feelings that are blocking the path to optimal well-being, wellness, and a joyful and purposeful life.  Our Holistic Life Coaching Program (sessions) integrates Curanderismo (Cultural Healing Ways), and Energy Work/Reiki techniques, perspectives, and process, and other methods and modalities as needed. Some of the other methods and modalities we use are expanded on in the following pages to give you a better understanding of the process.

One-on-One Individual Sessions. Over the phone or in person. 60-90 minute Sessions weekly or every other week.



Each coaching session will be unique and tailored to you and your intentions and overall vision.  With the use of intuitive

guidance and compassion, you will identify the patterns and obstacles that create the internal stress and interpersonal conflicts.


You authentically realize your natural motivation, intentions, passion, purpose, positive self-esteem,

joy, and peace of mind, when negative patterns and emotional blockages are cleared, igniting a strong desire for

change and freedom resulting in an uplift to your inner essence and inviting creativity, success, and fulfillment.

Career and Life Path Coaching

Support and guidance in Career Changes or Transitions, especially with individuals feeling stuck, disempowered, out-of-balance, and burnt out in their current career/profession/job.

Empathic Sensitivity Techniques

Empath Education and training on thriving within a sensitive energy system for those who are too sensitive to their environment and the energy of others.

Energy Release Work

Energy work is a powerful way to achieve holistic well-being, wellness, and balance.  There are many different ways to work with energy such as, visualization and meditation work, forgiveness work, future-self visioning,  balancing the “ojos de luz” (chakras), and many others.  These are all very effective at re-balancing the energy fields and restoring our holistic well-being and wellness (mind, body, emotions, and spirit).

Holistic Health Coaching

It is a process that facilitates healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging a client to listen to their inner wisdom, identify their values, and transform their goals into action. Health coaching draws on the principles of positive psychology (centered on helping people become happier) and goal setting.


It is utilized to create unconscious change in the client in the form of new responses, thoughts, attitudes, behaviors and/or feelings. It is undertaken with a client in hypnosis.

Mental Emotional Release (MER) Process

Behavioral change in an individual takes place at the sub-conscious level.   This process allows you to work at the sub-conscious level and release effects of past negative experiences and change inappropriate programming (conditioning) thus allowing you to move forward toward your goals and desires.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

It is an approach to improve communication (consciously and subconsciously) with yourself and others.  NLP uses the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes.
